Coteau de Vernon, Condrieu 2018 – Domaine Georges Vernay
Domaine Georges Vernay, one of the most emblematic estates of the Northern Rhône, is now led by Christine Vernay. The vineyard Coteau de Vernon, one of the most iconic sites in Condrieu, is planted with 50–80-year-old vines on steep granite terraces.
Made from 100% Viognier, the wine was aged for 15 months in oak. It shows an intense golden color and a fragrant nose with notes of honey, stewed white fruit, violet, and white flowers, with medium-high aromatic intensity.
On the palate it is broad and silky, with generous body and beautifully balanced acidity. The finish is long and mineral, with a subtle, elegant touch of bitterness typical of the variety.

One of the prestigious Grand Crus of Gevrey-Chambertin, produced exclusively from Pinot Noir.
The 2011 vintage displays a pale garnet color, reflecting its evolution. Aromas of forest floor, game, and mushrooms unfold on the nose, balanced by delicate notes of ripe red fruit.
On the palate the tannins are silky and well integrated, resulting in a wine of remarkable elegance. Even after many years in bottle, it retains freshness, balance, and a long, refined finish.

Croix Canon Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2012
Château Canon
Croix Canon is the second wine of this renowned Saint-Émilion estate. Crafted from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it presents a deep ruby color and complex aromas of black fruits, spice, toasted notes, and chocolate, derived from its 18 months of barrel aging.
Bottle age has brought greater harmony and complexity: the fruit remains vibrant, supported by a silky, elegant texture, leading to a long, mineral, and deeply satisfying finish.

Domaine Georges Vernay, una de las bodegas más emblemáticas del Ródano Norte, es hoy dirigida por Christine Vernay. El viñedo Coteau de Vernon, uno de los más icónicos de Condrieu, se compone de viñas de 50 a 80 años plantadas en pronunciadas terrazas graníticas.
El vino, 100% Viognier, tuvo una crianza de 15 meses en madera. Presenta un color dorado intenso y una nariz expresiva con notas de miel, fruta blanca compotada, violeta y flores blancas, de intensidad aromática media-alta.
En boca es amplio y sedoso, con cuerpo generoso y una acidez perfectamente integrada. El final es largo y mineral, con un sutil y elegante toque de amargor característico de la variedad.

Uno de los prestigiosos Grand Crus de Gevrey-Chambertin, elaborado exclusivamente con Pinot Noir.
La añada 2011 muestra un color granate de baja intensidad, reflejo de su evolución. En nariz aparecen notas de sotobosque, caza y champiñones, armonizadas con delicados matices de fruta roja madura.
En boca los taninos son sedosos y perfectamente integrados, dando lugar a un vino de gran elegancia. A pesar de sus años de botella, mantiene vitalidad, equilibrio y un final largo y refinado.

Croix Canon es el segundo vino de esta reconocida propiedad de Saint-Émilion. Elaborado a partir de un ensamblaje de Merlot y Cabernet Franc, presenta un color rubí intenso y una nariz compleja con notas de frutos negros, especias, tostados y chocolate, derivadas de sus 18 meses de crianza en barrica.
Los años de botella han aportado mayor complejidad y armonía: la fruta permanece viva, acompañada por una textura sedosa y elegante, que culmina en un final largo, mineral y profundamente satisfactorio.
