1. Clos Pompadour Blanc de Blancs, millésime 2017: 100% Chardonnay
A very complex blend. A precise and refined nose with citrus, white flowers, and chalky notes. On the palate, it is linear and pure, with vibrant acidity and a long, saline, elegant finish.
2. La Réserve Pompadour: assemblage of 1000 magnums from Clos Pompadour, of 22 vintages (2003-2024).
Deep and complex, showing dried fruits, brioche, fine honey, and beautifully evolved aromas. Broad and harmonious on the palate, with a silky texture and remarkable persistence
3. Cuvée Louise 2008: on the lies for 17 years, made from three Grand Crus
If 2006 was excellent, this Vintage is outstanding. Highly complex aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers, subtle toast, and minerality. Powerful yet precise on the palate, with structure, finesse, and outstanding aging potential.
4. Apanage 1874 Rosé: Assemblage multivintage from Chardonnay & red wine from Bouzy Grand Cru
Delicate aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and floral hints. Fresh and balanced
on the palate, with creamy texture, finesse, and a refined, gastronomic finish.

1. Clos Pompadour 2017 Blanc de Blancs: 100% Chardonnay
Nariz precisa y refinada, con notas de cítricos, flor blanca y tiza. En boca es recto, profundo y de gran pureza, con una acidez vibrante y un final largo, salino y elegante.
2. La Réserve Pompadour: 1000 magnums envejecidos 20 años
Complejo y profundo, con aromas de frutos secos, brioche, miel fina y notas de evolución noble. Boca amplia, envolvente y armoniosa, con una textura sedosa y un final extraordinariamente persistente.
3. Cuvée Louise 2008: 17 años de crianza, tres Grand Crus
Gran complejidad aromática: fruta madura, flores secas, tostados finos y mineralidad.
En boca combina potencia y precisión, con estructura, elegancia y una longevidad
notable.
4. Apanage 1874 Rosé — multivintage con tintos de Bouzy Grand Cru
Aromas delicados de frutillas, frambuesa y sutiles notas florales. Boca fresca y equilibrada, con textura cremosa, finura y un final delicadamente gastronómico.
