TASTING NOTES
1. Grüner Veltliner: Kremser Sandgrube, Kremstal, Niederösterreich 2023 – Winzer Krems
Pale yellow in color with greenish hues. High aromatic intensity, showing green apple, citrus and white stone fruit. A wine with high, well-balanced acidity, medium alcohol and body, and a medium-plus savory finish that fills the palate and leaves you looking forward to a second glass.
2. Riesling: Ried Bruck, Wachau, Niederösterreich 2023, Federspiel – Domäne Wachau
Beautiful yellow color with golden tones. High aromatic intensity on the nose, with aromas of green fruit, citrus, honey and the characteristic flinty note. High, vertical and well-integrated acidity, with a marked salinity that gives the wine its distinctive signature.
3. Zweigelt: Kellermeister Privat, Kremstal, Niederösterreich 2021 – Winzer Krems
Medium-intensity ruby color, bright, with no signs of bottle ageing. Aromas of fresh red fruit, liquorice and spices, with pepper and anise standing out. Medium-plus acidity, with medium, soft and silky tannins.
4. Blaufränkisch: Rosalia DAC, Burgenland 2021 – Weingut Lassl
The wine shows a bright, intense ruby color, with aromas of black fruit, chocolate and spices, highlighted by white pepper. Medium acidity, firm yet approachable tannins, and high body and alcohol, complemented by a long, persistent finish.
5. Cuvée Blend Zweigelt / Blaufränkisch: Rosalia DAC, Burgenland 2018 – Weingut Lassl
Deep ruby color with garnet hues. Well-structured and balanced, showing notes of black fruit, toast and chocolate, alongside aromas of leather and forest floor. Medium-plus rounded tannins, with a long finish.

Color amarillo pálido con tonos verdosos, alta intensidad aromática, ofreciendo manzana verde, cítricos y fruta de hueso blanca. Vino de acidez alta, equilibrada, alcohol y cuerpo medios, con un post-gusto sabroso medio alto, que llena la boca y nos deja esperando la segunda copa.

Precioso amarillo con tonos dorados, alta intensidad en nariz, con aromas de fruto verde, cítricos, miel y el característico pedernal. Con una acidez alta, vertical e integrada, con una salinidad marcada que le da su firma.
3.Zweigelt: Kellermeister Privat, Kremstal, Niederôsterreich 2021. Winzer Krems
Tono rubí de intensidad media, brillante y sin datos de evoluvión en botella. Con aromas de frutos rojos frescos, regaliz y especias en donde destaca la pimienta y el anís. Nos regala una acidez media alta, taninos medios suaves y sedosos.
4.Balufränkisch: DAC Rosalia, Burgenland 2021. Weingut Lassl
El vino ofrece un color rubí brillante e intenso, con aromas de frutos negros, chocolate y especias en donde destaca la pimienta blanca. Acidez media, taninos firmes pero amigables, cuerpo y alcohol altos, que se complementan con un post-gusto prolongado.
5. Cuvée blend Zweigelt/Blaufränkisch: DAC Rosalia, Burgenland 2018, Weingut Lassl
Color rubí intenso con tonos granate. De gran estructura y balance, muestra notas de fruta negra, tostados y chocolate, con aromas de cuero y sotobosque. Taninos medio altos redondeados, con un post gusto largo.
